By accessing or using bannerprint.ai (the “Website”) and placing orders with BannerPrint.ai (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
2. Services
BannerPrint.ai provides custom large-format banner printing services including vinyl banners, mesh banners, fabric banners, retractable banners, step-and-repeat banners, and related products. All orders are made to order based on specifications and design files you provide.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
- Rush and expedited orders may be subject to additional fees.
4. Design Files & Artwork
- You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications.
- By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have authorization to use all images, logos, text, and other content in the design.
- We are not responsible for errors in artwork you approve, including spelling mistakes, color variations from screen to print, or low-resolution images.
- A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing. Production begins only after your approval.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your submitted artwork. By placing an order, you grant BannerPrint.ai a limited license to use your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. All content on the Website — including logos, graphics, text, and design — is the property of BannerPrint.ai and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to submit artwork or place orders for materials that:
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contain obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these restrictions.
7. Turnaround & Shipping
- Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days from proof approval. Rush options may be available.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $150 (domestic US only) unless otherwise stated.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns & Reprints
- Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or approved-artwork errors.
- If a product arrives damaged or we made a production error, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [email protected]. We will reprint or refund at our discretion.
- Photo evidence of damage or defect is required.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BannerPrint.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
